Modularity

orbital cleaner oc200 modularity

The orbital cleaner OC200 is totally adjustable to the cleaning process, thus saving time and resources. At operating pressures from 4 to 10 bar, OC200 can clean tanks up to 36 m diameter. Thanks to its modularity it covers a wide range of flow rates, spray distances and speeds.

Nozzle options

  • Short, long and extended nozzle options to adjust impact and spray projection
  • Seven different nozzle diameters from 9 to 15 mm to optimize flow, cycle time and spray projections

Nozzle carrier options

  • Two, three or four nozzles to meet requirements regarding soiling levels, flows and insertion openings

Rotor and stator options

  • Various rotor and stator combinations to adjust speed

Main cleaner body

  • Remains constant with all options, making changes fast and easy
